About Dr. Harper
Dr. Harper provides specialized Vitreoretinal care to patients at The Eye Care Institute facility as an independent specialist with River City Retina Consultants.
Born and raised in Kentucky, Dr. Harper earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky and his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he subsequently served as Chief Resident and Director of the Ocular Trauma Service. He has published and presented extensively within his Vitreoretinal specialty.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Harper enjoys martial arts, film, theater, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
