
Nicole Woodhouse is the Patient Services Manager at The Eye Care Institute. She believes that every patient deserves the best care we can provide and that starts the minute they walk in our door! Patient Services staff are knowledgeable in all aspects of scheduling and insurance and strive to make our patients’ experience easy and pleasant. After several years in retail as a store manager as well as a corporate customer service trainer, Nicole wanted to bring her standards for high levels of customer service to the medical field. Nicole joined our practice in 2007 in our Optical Department and managed our Audubon location before returning to Story Avenue and into Patient Services.
Nicole has a BA in Communications from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and is a Certified Patient Services Specialist. She is on the Board of Directors of The Louisville Leopard Percussionists and is active in her children’s schools. When not at work, Nicole and her husband will most likely be spotted watching Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Cross Country or a Track meet.
