Caitlin LeMay is the supervisor of the Patient Concierge Department. Caitlin has been with The Eye Care Institute since 2012, working her way through each of the Patient Services Specialists positions to become the head of the Patient Concierge department. Caitlin also assists with various projects for the care and maintenance of the Building, OSHA compliance and upkeep, Human Resource matters, and is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The doctors of The Eye Care Institute take pride in having a Patient Concierge Department that is cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice. This allows our friendly concierge staff to assist callers with the first phone call, instead of a system of transfers throughout the building, or taking messages for other employees. The physicians and administrators of the practice take great pride in our ability to continue to have employees answer the phone directly, instead of having a recorded directory listing or automated line. We will strive to ensure a friendly, helpful employee always answers the phones here at The Eye Care Institute, as we believe human interaction to be one of the most important aspects of what we do.
Caitlin holds a Bachelors of Art in History and English from Bellarmine University. Caitlin is currently working toward a certification in patient services, as a Certified Patient Service Specialist (CPSS).
