About Nicole

Nicole Woodhouse is the Contact Lens Department Manager at The Eye Care Institute.  After several years in retail as a store manager as well as a corporate customer service trainer, Nicole wanted to bring her standards for high levels of customer service to the medical field. Nicole joined our practice in 2007 as our Optical Department Manager, and managed our Audubon location before returning to Story Avenue to become the Patient Services Manager. In 2021, Nicole became our Contact Lens Department Manager. She is well-versed in insurance coverage, scheduling, and all types of contact lenses. She strives to provide the very best care not only for our contact lens patients but all patients of our practice.

Nicole has a BA in Communications from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!).  When not at work, Nicole and her husband are enjoying their “empty nester” days while their son and daughter are away at college.
