Eye Redness and Safety

For temporary relief of redness we only recommend Lumify®

Visine, which was introduced in 1954 and, in our opinion, would not be FDA approved today, contains Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride, which may relieve eye redness temporarily, but its dangerous side effects include slow heart rate, disruption of breath, and even cause a coma or death.
