Dr. Mark Jaggers Joins The Eye Care Institute

We are pleased to announce the addition of Mark L. Jaggers, MD to our practice.

Dr. Mark Jaggers is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with an emphasis on cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and treatment of comprehensive eye diseases and surgery.  He also provides family eye care.

Dr. Jaggers is a graduate of the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Louisville.  Dr Jaggers obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Purdue University.

Prior to entering medical school, Dr Jaggers was a C-5 pilot in the Air Force, and an Executive Officer in the Air Force.

For the past two years, Dr Jaggers has been in private ophthalmology practice with offices in Middletown and Shepherdsville, KY.

Effective immediately, Dr Jaggers will begin seeing patients at our Audubon Medical Plaza office.  An announcement about satellite or part time location in which Dr Jaggers will provide care in Bullitt County, will be made soon.

Dr. Jaggers was born and raised in Louisville.  He, and his wife, Becky, have two teenage children.  They reside in the Jeffersontown area.
